As a member of the Facilities team, our Facilities Technicians will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime - all in service of creating a person-focused health care experience.

Qualifications:

Facilities Technician would have a high school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or associate's degree in a related field preferred and 2-5 years of experience in maintenance, repair, or a related field, with a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Skills and Attributes:

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills, including experience with CMMS software and hardware.
  
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Skilled in Building Management Systems maintenance and monitoring.
  
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities.
  
• Excellent communication, customer service and teamwork skills.
  
• Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite, and facilities management software (e.g,Famis 360, FM:Systems, Planon)
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  
• Experience with AI tools and technologies to enhance productivity and decision-making in professional settings highly desired
  

What You Will Do at Cambia:

• Perform Routine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as inspections, cleaning, and lubrication, to ensure equipment and systems are functioning properly.
  
• Repair and Troubleshoot: Repair and troubleshoot equipment and systems to identify and resolve issues, minimizing downtime and optimizing performance.
  
• Install and Upgrade: Install and upgrade equipment and systems, ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
  
• Maintain Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of maintenance activities, including work orders, maintenance schedules, and equipment histories.
  
• Collaborate with Team: Collaborate with other maintenance technicians, supervisors, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of maintenance activities.
  
• Follow Safety Protocols: Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhering to lockout/tagout procedures.
  
• Stay Up-to-Date: Stay up-to-date with industry developments, manufacturer recommendations, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement and optimization of maintenance activities.
  

Work Environment

• Work primarily performed in office environment.
• Travel required locally or out of state.
• May be required to work outside of normal hours.

Idaho: The expected hiring range is 23.04 - 31.17 per hour, the full salary range is 21.60 - $35.50 hour. and the bonus target is 5%.
