What You’ll Do
- Advanced Diagnostics: Troubleshooting complex engine, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
- Full-Scale Repairs: Perform everything from routine maintenance to major component overhauls.
- Precision Service: Utilize state-of-the-art diagnostic software to ensure equipment is field-ready.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside a veteran service team to meet seasonal demands and maintain high safety standards.
- Experience: Solid background in diesel mechanics (Agricultural or Heavy Construction equipment experience preferred).
- Skill Set: Strong knowledge of Tier 4 engines, hydraulics, and power trains.
- Independence: A self-starter who can manage a service bay efficiently.
- Certification: Relevant technical degree or equivalent field experience is highly valued.
