Assembly

Description Assembly team members are expected to assist in the assembly of all kayaks and boats as production demands. This position supports the training of new team members and ongoing training for themselves. This position also supports the entire team with any additional project requirements Requirements Ability to assemble components accurately, thoroughly and within production process standards Assists with stocking line at start and end of shift Ability to package kayaks and prepare for shipments Ability to maintain and achieve production demand Ability to train and communicate effectively with new team members Takes initiative to ask for additional training or direction when unsure of tasks Communicates any line issues immediately to supervisor Maintain a clean work area throughout shift and verifies housekeeping after every shift Ability to use power tools Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs Ability to work in hot environment Follows all company production and safety policies #J-18808-Ljbffr KL Industries INC
