Pay Rate: 19.23 hr

Dress code: Business Casual

Monday to Friday 8am-5pm

Must-Have Experience:

- 3+ years dispatching dry van freight

- Experience managing 10+ trucks simultaneously

- Strong knowledge of DAT, Truckstop, and major broker networks

- Understanding of HOS regulations and ELD systems

- Route planning and load optimization

- Customer service and issue resolution

- Driver management and communication skills

- Experience with TMS software and fleet tracking systems

- Bilingual (English/Spanish)

People & Management Skills:

- Strong leadership and team coordination

- Ability to manage and motivate drivers effectively

- Excellent communication and conflict resolution

- Strong decision-making under pressure

- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Professional customer service mindset with brokers and clients

- Problem-solving attitude with a focus on results and accountability
