Highlighted Duties:

As the Full-Charge Bookkeeper / Client Accounting Specialist, you'll manage accounting functions for a diverse portfolio of business clients, serving as a trusted resource to help keep their financial records accurate and organized throughout the year. This position works onsite at the CPA firm.

• Managing the full accounting cycle for multiple client accounts.
• Performing month-end and year-end close activities.
• Preparing journal entries and maintaining general ledger accounts.
• Reconciling bank accounts and credit cards.
• Preparing financial statements and supporting schedules.
• Maintaining accurate records in QuickBooks Online.
• Assisting with year-end tax preparation support.
• Working with a variety of industries and business sizes.
• Ensuring timely and accurate completion of bookkeeping engagements.

Highlighted Requirements:

• 3+ years of full-charge bookkeeping / staff accountant experience.
• Experience managing books for multiple companies or clients preferred.
• Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online required .
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Degree not required; relevant bookkeeping experience is valued.
