We are partnering with a highly respected, employee-owned manufacturer seeking a Manufacturing Operations Supervisor to lead 3rd shift operations within a fast-paced production environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on manufacturing leader who enjoys building strong teams, improving processes, and driving operational performance.

We are especially interested in candidates with backgrounds in:

• Plastics manufacturing
• Extrusion or thermoplastic processing
• Injection molding
• Film, tubing, converting, or continuous process manufacturing
• High-volume industrial production environments

Ideal candidates will bring:

• 5 years of manufacturing experience and supervisory experience
• Associates or Bachelor's degree
• Strong safety, quality, and continuous improvement mindset
• Experience leading production teams in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to drive efficiency, reduce downtime, and improve throughput
