Licensed Practical Nurse LPN

Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) responsible for delivering safe, high-quality patient care in a high-acuity environment. Key Responsibilities Provide focused nursing care for patients with complex needs, including medication administration, managing lines or drains, and assisting with interventions like cardiac monitoring or respiratory support. Monitor patients closely for subtle changes in status, such as heart rhythm, oxygen levels, or neurological signs, and elevate concerns promptly for early intervention. Document accurate, timely updates to support effective team coordination. Educate patients and families about conditions and recovery steps with clarity and compassion. Collaborate with RNs, providers, and specialists to stabilize patients and facilitate transition from intensive care to recovery. Qualifications & Skills Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) certification. Completion of vocational school. Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment.
