Shift: 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM, Every Other Weekend.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our Acute Rehab Unit. This role involves working with a diverse patient population, treating various conditions such as strokes, hip fractures, traumatic brain injuries, and more. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a patient-centered approach and work collaboratively within a team to provide high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and create treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapy interventions to improve mobility and quality of life.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure cohesive patient care.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state.
• BLS certification.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
