Job Description

The Ecommerce Sales Manager will lead and optimize our online sales efforts, focusing on strategic growth and performance enhancement within international markets. This role manages a small team and leverages key ecommerce platforms like Shopify and Magento to drive impactful results without the need for travel. We have a number of brands/websites that are in the marine or industrial space. Ability to understand and communicate with mechanics and professionals is required. Hybrid onsite/remote. You will need to be able to spend time at the shop with us to learn and understand the product. Experience with Boating and Boat maintenance strongly preferred.

Develop and execute ecommerce sales strategies

Collaborate with marketing to enhance digital sales initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years experience in ecommerce sales
Proficient with ecommerce platforms including Shopify and Magento
Expert in copywriting, digital marketing, and Google Analytics
