Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state-issued SLP license or eligibility
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply
• Experience in school-based speech therapy or a pediatric setting
• Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills
• Strong organizational abilities and written documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for students with potential communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals
• Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy to support student success
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other related services providers
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of evaluations, progress, and services
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise to team discussions and student planning
• Provide guidance and educational resources to classroom staff and families
• Support a positive learning environment for students of diverse backgrounds
