Remote FEHB Eligibility Verification Specialist
MAXIMUS
Maximus is seeking an Eligibility Verification Specialist to support FEHB/PSHB enrollment verification. This CSR II acts as a frontline representative handling inbound calls, portal access, and documentation review for dependent eligibility requirements.
Remote role: must reside within 50 miles of Lawrence, KS. Requires U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Moderate Risk Public Trust suitability determination. Contract-award contingent.
