About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to join its integrated delivery system. The CMO will be a key physician executive, responsible for providing direction and support to the medical staff in line with the organization's mission and objectives. This role involves ensuring the quality and effectiveness of medical care, including both clinical and service aspects, and overseeing the patient and provider experience. The successful candidate will be a major voice for the medical staff, communicating organization-wide activities and policies, and will work closely with senior leaders to monitor and improve the quality of care. Candidates for the CMO position at the company should have a strong background in inpatient and outpatient psychiatric operations, with a focus on developing innovative clinical care solutions. The role requires a clinically active CMO, with an expected 40-50% of their time dedicated to direct patient care. Eligibility for appointment with the medical school is a key requirement for this role.
