They troubleshoot quality issues with product processes. The work closely with operations team to ensure process controls are in place to meet standard requirements.Accurate and timely inspections of machines and finished productsComplete quality reports hourlyVerify specific dimensions and material usage to assist in cost reductionEliminate non-conforming products.Meet production goalsMay be responsible to perform other related duties as required and assignedMust be able to work a 3rd shift (7pm-7am)Comply with OSHA RegulationsNon-temperature controlled; frequently exposed to very hot or cold temperaturesMostly indoor, industrial setting, but occasionally work outdoorsRegularly exposed to loud sounds and noise levelsQualificationsExperience with (Excel, Word, Outlook) preferredHigh School Diploma or equivalentAbility to read, write, comprehend and communicate fluently in EnglishAbility to read, follow, comprehend technical documentsWillingness to learn new products, process flow, and industry terminologyKnowledge of basic math and measurementsSafety awarenessAbility to work with minimal supervisionPrioritize tasks to achieve production goals on scheduleDependability and flexibility in work schedule availabilityPerform a repetitive task for long periods of time without losing focus
