Facilities Maintenance & Cleaning

Temperform in Novi, MI is seeking a Facilities Maintenance & Cleaning employee to join our team. This person will handle general day-to-day building cleaning as well as building and grounds maintenance duties through all facilities and property. This person will operate in response to requests from the Maintenance Manager. Pay & Schedule $16.00/HR plus $2.00 shift differential 2nd Shift or Blended Shift (schedule TBD) What You’ll Do Clean office and foundry restrooms as well as office spaces on a regular basis. Clean employee lunchroom regularly. Operate snow removal equipment during winter months and keep all parking lots, walkways and building entrances cleared and safe. Collaborate with the maintenance team to make sure the grounds and buildings are always properly cared for. Maintain building appearance and cleanliness, this may include moving office equipment/space as needed. Makes regular inspections of grounds, buildings, plumbing, electrical fixtures, and equipment. Ensure emergency lights, signage, and safety stations are clean and in working order throughout all facilities. Painting interior and exterior as required. Provide assistance to the maintenance staff on projects and equipment as needed. Other duties as assigned. Preferred Qualifications High school diploma preferred and property management experience is a plus.
