Welder (MIG/TIG)

Job Overview We are seeking a reliable MIG & TIG Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience producing quality welds, reading basic drawings, and working safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Schedule: MondayThursday: 6:00 AM 4:00 PM Friday: 6:00 AM 2:00 PM Saturday: Overtime as needed Responsibilities Perform MIG and TIG welding on metal components Read and interpret basic blueprints and work orders Inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy Maintain a clean and safe work area Follow all company safety procedures Qualifications Minimum 1 year of MIG welding experience (TIG experience preferred) Ability to read a tape measure and basic blueprints Strong attention to detail and quality Dependable with a positive work ethic Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods Equal Opportunity Employer: Surge is an equal opportunity employer.
