You'll be the trusted expert homeowners rely on — diagnosing issues, coordinating with manufacturers, and ensuring each product performs as intended.This role is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise, excellent organization skills, and the ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with customers.Key Responsibilities:Install and service screens, balances, glass, sashes, muntins, and related componentsPerform window and door adjustments, cleaning, and job site cleanupEvaluate homeowner concerns and determine appropriate corrective solutionsUnderstand and apply proper installation methods and functional performance standardsComplete service work related to installation or manufacturing issuesResolve service calls efficiently and accuratelyTravel to customer homes to inspect and repair window and door productsOrder parts and coordinate directly with manufacturers' service departmentsComplete warranty and service documentation accurately and on timeWhat We're Looking For:Valid driver's licenseMinimum five years of experience in window and door serviceBackground in window service, door service, or finish carpentryAbility to lift up to 75 lbs and work safely from laddersSelf-motivated with a strong work ethic and pride in craftsmanshipHighly organized with strong attention to detailStrong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers professionally and empatheticallyAbility to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks.What We Provide:Company-supplied service vanAll required tools and equipmentCompany cellphone and laptopA supportive team and leadership that has your backJoin Us!
