We offer flexible schedules including 7 AM - 3 PM, 3 PM - 11 PM, and 11 PM - 7 AM. Guided by our core values of Passion, Respect, and Excellence, the Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering skilled clinical care, monitoring resident conditions, and ensuring all care is provided in accordance with established standards and individualized care plans.Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician's plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).Monitor and assess residents' conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of New Jersey.Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sub-acute and/or long-term care setting preferred.Experience in Point Click Care (PCC) preferred.Our Core Values in ActionPassion – Delivering compassionate, resident-centered nursing care that promotes healing, comfort, and dignity.Respect – Treating every resident, family member, and team member with professionalism, empathy, and dignity.Excellence – Upholding the highest standards of clinical practice, safety, and documentation in all aspects of care.Benefits for RN:Tuition reimbursementEmployee referral bonusHealth, vision, and dental benefits401(k) with matchEmployee engagement and culture committeeShift differentialsCompany-sponsored life insuranceEmployee assistance program (EAP) resourcesJoin our team at Cambridge Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, a 120-bed Sub-Acute, and Long-Term Care facility where compassion and quality care are at the heart of everything we do.
