Quality Manager

Location : Tulsa, OK | Type : Full-Time | Industry : Manufacturing

What You'll Be Doing

Manage the ISO 9001 quality system, including policies, audits, inspections, and corrective actions.
Work with production teams, suppliers, and customers to investigate problems and prevent repeat issues.
Train and support your team, build relationships across departments, and hold people accountable for quality standards.

What We're Looking For

Manufacturing quality leadership experience, preferably in chemicals or related production involving batching, blending, formulas, and laboratory testing.
Hands-on ownership of an ISO 9001 quality system, including writing policies and leading audits and improvements.
A practical leader who can develop employees, gain cooperation across departments, and show clear examples of solving quality problems.
