This includes creating, delivering, and continuously improving technical training programs that empower our workforce to excel, from new hires to seasoned professionals.THE WORK Manages the establishment and training to provide technical knowledge for the safe maintenance, repair, and operation of aircraft, aircraft systems, ground equipment, tools, test equipment, stores and facilities, according to established procedures.Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.Directs the analyses of current operating problems and future operating requirements to identify training needs and develop training programs.Manages the preparation and production materials used for technical instruction.WHO WE AREWe are a team that thrives on precision, quality, and innovation.
