The Opportunity TPC is seeking a high-impact Technical Product Manager to help accelerate execution across our Product & Technology roadmap. This is a critical execution leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of: Product Management AI & Automation Technical Delivery Operational Transformation Cross-Functional Execution We are not looking for someone who simply manages tickets, gathers requirements, or facilitates meetings. Someone who can take loosely defined opportunities, create structure, align stakeholders, drive momentum, remove friction, and help convert strategy into operational capability. This role will work closely with executive leadership and play a visible role in helping shape the future of AI-enabled healthcare operations inside a fast-moving and highly collaborative environment. What You’ll Do Drive Strategic Initiative Execution Lead execution of high-priority Product & Technology initiatives from concept through delivery Translate strategic objectives into actionable implementation plans Maintain initiative momentum, visibility, accountability, and execution discipline Coordinate execution across internal teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders Examples of initiatives may include: AI copilots and workflow automation Analytics modernization Automation and integration initiatives Convert Business Needs into Technical Execution Develop implementation-ready product requirements, workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria Translate business opportunities into clear technical direction Define scope, success metrics, dependencies, and delivery priorities Ensure delivery teams have clarity and alignment throughout execution Help operationalize AI use cases into scalable business workflows Identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiencySupport implementation of AI-enabled tools, copilots, and workflow orchestration solutions Partner with leadership to accelerate measurable AI business value Improve Execution Across the Product Organization Help establish scalable product operating practices and execution governance Improve prioritization discipline, initiative readiness, and delivery predictability Reduce execution bottlenecks and cross-functional friction Increase roadmap throughput across multiple concurrent initiatives Partner Across Business & Technology Teams Collaborate closely with Product, IT, Analytics, Operations, and Executive Leadership Coordinate with external development and technology partners Support implementation planning involving integrations, APIs, SaaS platforms, automation tooling, and enterprise systems Serve as a highly credible bridge between business strategy and technical delivery What Success Looks Like Within the first 6–12 months, this individual should be able to: Execution & Delivery Successfully drive execution across multiple strategic initiatives Improve initiative velocity and delivery predictability Produce consistently high-quality implementation-ready requirements Operational Impact Improve coordination across internal and external delivery teamsReduce execution friction and initiative cycle times Increase organizational execution capacity and roadmap throughput Help operationalize enterprise AI capabilities into measurable workflows Accelerate automation adoption and AI value realization Contribute to scalable operational transformation initiatives Increase executive visibility into delivery progress and execution risk Reduce operational coordination burden on senior leadership Strengthen accountability and execution rigor across initiatives Qualifications Required Experience 5+ years of experience in Technical Product Management, Product Operations, Product Delivery, or similar execution-focused roles Proven experience leading cross-functional software, platform, integration, or automation initiatives Experience translating business requirements into implementation-ready technical documentation Experience partnering directly with technical teams, engineering organizations, vendors, or implementation partners Strong operational execution discipline with a bias toward action and delivery Technical Fluency You do not need to be a software engineer, but you must be highly technically credible and comfortable operating in technical environments involving: APIs and integrations SaaS platforms Workflow automation tools Enterprise software ecosystems Analytics and data platforms Preferred Experience Experience in one or more of the following areas is strongly preferred: AI copilots and generative AI workflows Workflow automation and orchestration platforms Healthcare operations or healthcare technology SaaS / B2B technology environments Analytics or operational intelligence platforms Digital transformation initiatives Practical implementation experience matters more than buzzwords.
