All Roads Trucks in Rosedale, MD is seeking a Service Writer to join our team. You will be the first contact to assist customers through the repair process, using your service writing experience and mechanical knowledge to deliver a first-class experience. Responsibilities include scheduling, documenting information (CDK helpful), advising on manufacturer specs, and communicating repair time and costs to customers.
