Senior Field Applications Engineer - Design-Win Leader
HVAC Total FM Recruitment
Microchip Technology Inc. is seeking a Principal-level Field Applications Engineer to own embedded solutions from concept to production. You will be the technical lead interfacing with customers, shaping architectures and driving design wins across hardware and software domains.
Ideal candidates have 10+ years of embedded design and customer-facing experience, with C/C++, RTOS, and firmware update expertise. Travel up to 25% and leadership capabilities are a plus.
