CT TechnologistCompensation Hourly Rate: $53.00 – $57.00+ per hourLocation: Southern Queens & Southwestern Nassau County, NY – OnsitePosition SummaryAs a CT Technologist, you will perform routine and interventional computed tomography procedures to support accurate diagnosis and exceptional patient care. Working within a community-focused hospital environment, you will utilize advanced imaging technology while collaborating with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality clinical outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to serve a diverse patient population in a mission-driven healthcare setting.ResponsibilitiesSchedule / ShiftShift details: Day Shift, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PMHours per week: Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities availableContract length (if applicable): Direct HireKey Duties:Perform routine and interventional CT procedures in accordance with professional standards and department protocolsPrepare and administer oral contrast agents as appropriate for imaging studiesMaintain accurate patient records, imaging documentation, and electronic data within hospital systemsCollaborate with radiologists, physicians, and clinical staff to provide high-quality diagnostic imaging servicesEnsure compliance with radiation safety standards and departmental quality initiativesRequirementsEducationRequired: Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology training programPreferred (if applicable): Associate's DegreeLicenses & CertificationsRequired: New York State Radiologic Technologist LicenseARRT Certification in CTNew York State Department of Health Injection PrivilegesAdditional certifications (if applicable): N/ASkills:Strong technical knowledge of CT imaging procedures and equipmentFamiliarity with PACS, RIS, EMR, CR, DRX, OR, ER, CT, and Meditech systems preferredExcellent patient care and communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment while maintaining attention to detailAbout UsRCM Healthcare Services works with professionals across schools, healthcare, and community-based settings nationwide.
