Insomniac Events is seeking an experienced Jr. Recruiter to lead sourcing and full-cycle recruitment. This role is not fully remote and requires in-office presence four days a week on a set schedule. You will proactively source, screen, interview, and recommend candidates; coordinate interviews with hiring teams; educate candidates about our mission and culture; and manage high-volume requisitions.
