This program involves multiple cross-functional engagements for execution and delivery of customer service for our customers.Roles & Responsibilities:Responsible for program coordination with business stakeholders and project teamSupport program strategy and prioritizationDrive program/project from project initiation through deliveryInterface with client, as required on technical and/or project mattersOrganize cross-functional activities ensuring that deliverables are completed on scheduleCreate and maintain program/project schedules and status reportsWorks closely with program/process owners, stakeholders, and business partners to identify business change and develop effective communicationsAssist with overall project management and administrative support duties (e.g., note taking, task delegation, maintaining hygiene in Azure DevOps (ADO), etc.)Monitor and encourage compliance to internal processes to support the adherence to program strategyDrive clear program level communications, provide transparency and data-driven insights including preparing content for executive reviewsDevelop reporting and/or analyticsAttend sprint planning and sprint review meetings
