People Analytics Analyst

Role Overview We are seeking a People Analytics Analyst to join our HR Operations & Technology team. This role blends people analytics, business intelligence, data automation, and emerging AI capabilities to help leaders make data-driven workforce decisions. What You Will Do Analyze workforce data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities related to hiring, retention, engagement, compensation, and organizational effectiveness. Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and other visualization tools. Why It Might Be a Fit The ideal candidate is technically skilled and experienced in building dashboards, automating data processes, and transforming complex data into actionable insights. You will partner closely with HR, Finance, and business leaders to define key workforce metrics, identify trends, and deliver analytics that drive strategic decision-making.
