Quality Inspector

Schedule & Pay

• Shift: 1st Shift, Monday through Friday
• Hours: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
• Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

Position Overview

PROMAN Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join a leading technology company specializing in the testing and refurbishment of cable boxes, wireless routers, fiber-optic devices, and mobile phones. This position is responsible for ensuring products meet quality standards through inspections, testing, and accurate documentation in a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform product inspections, quality audits, and qualification testing.
• Conduct basic electrical and functional testing of electronic devices.
• Evaluate test results and identify product defects or non-conformities.
• Document inspection findings, deficiencies, and corrective actions.
• Assist in identifying opportunities for product and process improvements.
• Collaborate with technicians, installers, and team leaders to maintain quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with established Quality Assurance procedures and policies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Good manual dexterity and ability to handle electronic components.
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret test results.
• Basic knowledge of electronics and quality inspection processes preferred.
• Dependable attendance and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must successfully complete E-Verify, drug screening, and background check requirements.
