Regional Operations Manager

Exciting opportunity to join Turner Brothers Concrete! We are hiring a Regional Manager for Turner Brothers Concrete to build their NY/NJ/PA presence! Regional Manager – NY/NJ/PA Position Summary The Regional Manager – NY/NJ/PA is responsible for establishing and growing Turner Brothers Concrete’s presence throughout the New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania market. Building on the company’s existing work in the region, this role will lead the launch of a new regional office and develop the team, client relationships, and operational infrastructure needed to support long-term growth. This is a hands‑on leadership role requiring a strong combination of construction operations, client development, team building, and financial management. The Regional Manager will have significant ownership and accountability for building a successful and sustainable regional operation. Key Responsibilities Market & Office Development Lead the launch and development of Turner Brothers Concrete’s NY/NJ/PA regional office. Develop and execute a regional growth plan to expand the company’s presence and project portfolio. Establish the operational structure, processes, and resources needed to support the new office. Build the regional team as workload and opportunities grow. Identify market opportunities and help determine where Turner Brothers Concrete can compete most effectively. Business Development & Client Relationships Develop and maintain relationships with general contractors, developers, and other key industry partners throughout the region. Expand existing relationships while developing new clients and sources of work. Build Turner Brothers Concrete’s reputation and visibility within the NY/NJ/PA construction market. Partner with estimating and company leadership to identify, pursue, and secure the right opportunities. Maintain strong client relationships throughout project execution to support repeat business. Regional Operations Provide overall leadership for projects and teams throughout the region. Ensure projects are properly planned, staffed, scheduled, and supported. Coordinate regional manpower, equipment, and resource requirements. Maintain visibility into project performance and proactively address operational challenges. Ensure consistent execution as the regional project portfolio grows. Own the overall financial performance and P&L of the region. Establish and manage regional budgets, forecasts, and performance expectations. Monitor project and regional profitability and identify risks and opportunities. Balance investment in regional growth with long-term profitability and sustainable operations. Recruit, build, and develop a strong regional team. Develop future leaders and create the organizational structure needed to support expansion. Build a culture consistent with Turner Brothers Concrete’s expectations and values. Safety, Quality & Performance Ensure regional operations consistently meet Turner Brothers Concrete’s safety and quality standards. Maintain high expectations for productivity, project execution, and professionalism. Reinforce accountability and continuous improvement across the regional operation. Qualifications Significant leadership experience within concrete construction, specialty contracting, or a related construction environment. Established knowledge of the NY/NJ/PA construction market and strong industry relationships within the region. Demonstrated ability to develop business and build long‑term client relationships. Experience leading multiple projects, teams, and construction operations. Strong understanding of project financials, budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management. Experience building or growing a team, division, office, or market strongly preferred. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build an operation while remaining aligned with a larger organization. Strong leadership, communication, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills.
