Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Active Texas Physical Therapy License. New graduates are welcome to apply we provide mentorship and training! CPR Certification. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. PTA supervisory experience is preferred, but training is available.
