Responsibilities

• Engage customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product information
• Execute accurate sales transactions and cash handling
• Manage inventory levels and stock replenishment
• Provide ongoing customer support before, during, and after purchases
• Identify opportunities to upsell and promote relevant products
• Process orders efficiently and maintain store appearance
• Ensure compliance with sales policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales
• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
• Strong sales techniques and communication skills
