Hiring Experienced Automotive Technicians | No Weekends | $60K–$100K+ | Bonus Pay

• No weekends — consistent schedule so you can have a life outside the shop
• Earn $60,000–$100,000+ per year
• Base pay of $25–$46/hour plus an aggressive, uncapped bonus structure
• Earn up to an additional $10/hour on every billed hour over 40

The Role:

We’re looking for a skilled and reliable technician who can confidently perform repairs across all vehicle systems and handle basic diagnostics and testing. This is a great opportunity for someone ready to advance their career in a professional, well-run shop.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of hands-on automotive technician experience
• Valid PA driver’s license and PA inspection license
• Strong work ethic with integrity and accountability
• Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills
• Willingness to continue learning and improving your craft
