Rural Veteran Housing & SSVF Case Manager

Archdiocese of St. Louis

St. Patrick Center, a ministry of Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of St. Louis, is seeking a Rural Counties Case Manager to provide housing-focused case management to veterans and families enrolled in the SSVF program who are unhoused or at risk of homelessness. Serving nine rural counties, the role uses a wrap‑around approach to assess needs, create individualized service plans, coordinate housing and financial stability resources, and document services. #J-18808-Ljbffr Archdiocese of St. Louis
