Compensation & Bonus Structure Base Salary: $75,000 - $107,000/year (based on experience and market factors) Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds. Design personalized, evidence‑based treatment plans. Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.
