HVAC Comfort Advisor / In-Home Sales

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: Performance-Based / Uncapped Commission

Earning Potential: $100,000–$250,000+ annually based on performance

About the Opportunity

We are a growing residential home services company looking for an experienced HVAC Comfort Advisor to join our sales team.

This is a performance-based sales position designed for a motivated closer who knows how to build trust with homeowners, identify their comfort needs, present HVAC replacement and upgrade options, and confidently close the sale.

If you have experience selling HVAC or other home services directly to homeowners and want an opportunity where your income is driven by your performance, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Run scheduled in-home HVAC sales appointments
• Meet with homeowners to evaluate their heating and cooling needs
• Present HVAC replacement, installation, and comfort solutions
• Educate customers on available equipment, upgrades, financing, and indoor comfort options
• Build trust and provide an exceptional customer experience
• Follow up on open estimates and unsold opportunities
• Maintain accurate customer, estimate, and sales information in ServiceTitan
• Meet and exceed sales, revenue, closing-rate, and average-ticket goals
• Work closely with technicians, installers, dispatchers, and leadership to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Represent the company professionally in customers' homes

What We're Looking For

• Previous home services sales experience required
• HVAC sales or Comfort Advisor experience strongly preferred
• ServiceTitan experience required
• Proven ability to sell directly to homeowners
• Strong closing, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable discussing financing and presenting multiple options
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills
• Professional appearance and customer-first attitude
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Compensation

This is a performance-based position with uncapped earning potential.

Your income will be directly tied to your sales performance, making this an excellent opportunity for an experienced Comfort Advisor who wants the ability to earn at a high level.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate has already worked in residential HVAC or another home services environment and understands how to turn an in-home appointment into a professional, consultative sales experience.
