This is a fast-track to build and grow your own full service financial planning practice. We are looking for experienced advisors (bonuses) and non-experienced candidates.
You don’t have to be an experienced advisor to join us as long as you are:
- Entrepreneurial and results driven.
- Well-connected and trusted in your community.
- A natural coach or guide with strong interpersonal skills.
- Motivated by helping others confidently build their financial futures.
Qualifications
- Strong natural community of friends, family, professionals.
- Dynamic sales professional and connector of people.
- Strong understanding business processes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
Resources and support
- Paid licensing and coaching to obtain Life, health, & annuity, SIE, Series 7, Series 66.
- Diverse network of support roles to assist you, the financial advisor.
- Full health and retirement benefits.
- After paid licensing, training, and bonuses your revenue will be 100% commission (enhanced compensation) plus health and retirement benefits.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and connect your community into client meetings with highly reputable fiduciary financial planners to build your business practice.
- Listen to your clients and help them identify their priorities and financial goals.
- Blend financial advice with a range of products and services.
