Building Supervisor

Building Supervisor-Part Time Evenings And WeekendsUnder the supervision of the Branch Director/V.P., the Building Supervisor is responsible for managing the facility during evening and weekend hours. Must be available to work Monday thru Friday 5:00pm-9:30pm, Saturday 7:00am-6:00pm and Sunday 1:00pm-5:00pm. Maximum number of hours available per week is 27.5 hours. Potential hours based on number of staff hired, division of shifts, etc.Responsibilities:Provide on-site support to staff during assigned hours. Typically after full time directors have left for the day.Assist in opening and closing the building.Assist with cleaning of the building when needed.Give tours to potential members.Assist with member issues, questions and concernsRecords and reports all needed repairs.Reports incidents and hazardous conditions.Helps monitor the exterior of the facility, parking lot, etc.Performs other duties as assigned.Adhere to policies related to boundaries with consumers.Attend required abuse risk management training.Adhere to procedures related to managing high-risk activities and supervision of consumers.Follow mandated abuse reporting requirements.Qualifications:One year or more of related experience.Must be at least 21 years of age.Ability to respond to safety and emergency situations.Ability to work constantly throughout the shift.Ability to report and record maintenance request.Exceptional oral, public speaking and written communication skills.Ability to effectively manage staff.Positive attitude, high level of initiative and professionalism, and enjoy working in and creating a strong team environment.Physical Requirements; carrying, seeing, hearing, speaking, running, crouching, lifting (25lbs) and walking.
