We have an immediate need for an Order Management professional with proven experience as the critical link between customers and internal operations. Customer focus, collaboration, and problem-solving skills are required for this on-site opportunity in Stafford, Texas. Reply today for immediate consideration.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with order management or customer account management.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ERP platforms.

• Fluent bilingual skills (English/Spanish)

• Exceptional customer service skills and mindset.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborator.

• Able to learn industry and product specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

· Own order fulfillment through delivery to the customer.

· Manage and monitor order processing.

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

· Effectively communicate with customers as needed.
