Healthcare Position - Night Shift

This is a 13-week contract position.

Shift: 06:00 PM - 06:30 AM, with every third weekend required.

We are seeking a qualified healthcare professional to fill a night shift position. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care and well-being, with responsibilities including patient assessments, medication administration, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Provide direct patient care and monitor patient condition.

Administer medications as prescribed and document all medications given.

Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Perform assessments and create patient care plans in accordance with established protocols.

Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and treatments.

Valid healthcare-related license/certification.

Completion of required health screenings (COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, etc.)

Trinity Code of Conduct Form and Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form completed.

Successful background check and verification of education.
