As a clinical provider and patient advocate, you'll be given all the resources you need to provide exceptional care, while expanding your clinical skillset. You'll work in an environment that encourages full clinical autonomy, backed by the ability to tap into a hygiene mentor program.

Smiles for Life is a collaborative and hard-working 7-person team that takes pride in creating a family-oriented atmosphere while delivering exceptional patient care. Our office is fast-paced, goal-oriented, and supportive, with team members who work together to help each other succeed and create a positive experience for every patient.

We're looking for a positive and adaptable hygienist with a growth mindset who is eager to learn, develop their skills, and contribute to a strong team culture. Whether you're a new graduate or an experienced provider, you'll be welcomed into an environment that values collaboration, professional growth, and providing high-quality care.

This opportunity offers both full-time and part-time flexibility, a $15,000 sign-on bonus , and a competitive hourly rate of $40-$50 per hour . The schedule includes Monday and Wednesday from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, Tuesday from 7:00 AM-4:00 PM, and Thursday from 8:00 AM-4:00 PM, with a 50-minute lunch Monday-Wednesday. Qualifications:

• Current dental hygienist license
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
• CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health
• Clinical needs as required by office
• Completion of Tuberculosis (TB) testing prior to starting employment
