1. Leasing Coordination (40%)
- Advertise available units online and on social platforms.
- Respond to prospective tenant inquiries promptly.
- Schedule and conduct showings.
- Manage tenant applications and screenings.
- Prepare leases and collect deposits and initial rent.
- Maintain accurate leasing records.
- Use independent judgment in recommending approvals/denials.
2. Rental Unit Turnover & Cleaning (40%)
- Clean and prepare units for showings and move-ins.
- Perform or coordinate light touch-ups.
- Ensure units meet company readiness standards.
- Prioritize turnover tasks according to leasing needs.
3. Administrative & Property Operations (20%)
- Manage lease extensions and renewals.
- Organize eviction files and support legal steps.
- Communicate with utility companies; track tenant insurance compliance.
- Maintain municipal registrations, rental licenses, and inspection schedules.
- Sort mail and manage physical/digital filing systems.
- Oversee digital tools and workflow organization.
- Resolve day-to-day tenant and operations issues independently.
