Distribution Center Supervisor

Reser’s Fine Foods, Inc. is seeking a Distribution Center Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations supporting our prepared foods manufacturing. This role leads a team handling receiving, put-away, storage, picking, and shipping to retail and foodservice customers across North America. You’ll manage staffing, workflow, and inventory accuracy while maintaining strict safety, quality, and food safety standards in a fast-paced environment. The supervisor tracks KPIs, drives continuous improvement, and collaborates closely with production, transportation, and customer service to ensure on-time, accurate deliveries.
