Compensation:

• Salary, Commissions & Performance Bonuses 
• Realistic total income: $52,000–$80,000+  
• Top producers can earn $90,000+  

What You’ll Do:

• Quote and sell auto, home, renters, umbrella, and life insurance 
• Work internet leads, referrals, and existing-customer opportunities 
• Conduct outbound prospecting and consistent follow-up 
• Cross-sell and help customers consolidate their insurance 
• Meet monthly sales and activity goals 

What You Need:

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license  
• Insurance or sales experience a plus
• Strong communication and closing skills 
• Comfortable with outbound calls and follow-up 
• Motivated, coachable, dependable, and results-driven 
• Life & Health license preferred 

Full-time, Monday–Friday, in-office position in Henderson, Nevada.
