We are delighted to be partnering with a renowned San Francisco firm who are currently seeking a Junior Accountant to join their successful team. Do you have 2 years experience as a Staff Accountant or Tax Accountant, with exposure to reconciliations? This is your chance to join a reputable firm based in the Financial District, who have a varied client base and significant career progression options too! Job Responsibilities The right candidate must have experience in the full month process. Credit card reconciliation Sales tax monthly or quarterly filing and payments Commercial rent tax calculation and payment Payroll reconciliation AR and AP reconciliation Weekly Payments General Ledger reconciliation Requirements: Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field CPA certification is a plus 2+ years in a CPA firm Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel) Engagement accounting software is a plus Knowledge of QuickBooks, Skills and Abilities Has the legal right to work within the U.S. Strong mathematical and analytical skills Attention to detail A desire to grow your accounting career!
