This role will work directly with Customer Relations team to reduce delinquent accounts, coordinate payment resolution, and administer communications regarding collection issues, and ensure timely and accurate daily cash applications. The Customer Relations Accounts Receivable Supervisor is responsible for collaboration across all levels to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
