This role is a Teller within PNC's Retail Branch organization, based in Fredericksburg, VA. Job Description Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities. Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing. Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customers’ share of wallet and position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and loyalty. Drive proactive sales conversations through inbound and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement. Deliver a complete PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate solutions. Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively to drive loyalty. Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits and heightened scrutiny to avoid loss. Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring they are completed efficiently and accurately.
