Snapshot / Role Overview

We're looking for an HVAC Division Manager in the Portland area to provide senior leadership over an established mechanical contracting operation spanning HVAC, sheet metal, refrigeration, and electrical service.

Impact

Own full P&L for a multi-trade division and improve revenue, margin, and EBITDA.
Grow market share across commercial and industrial segments.
Build a leadership team that delivers special projects, retrofits, and design-build profitably.
Deepen relationships with key accounts across the Pacific Northwest.

Responsibilities

Lead annual planning, budgeting, forecasting, and pricing strategy.
Oversee field operations, construction, service dispatch, and project management.
Drive growth in preventive maintenance agreements.
Set safety and operational discipline as the standard.

Must-Haves

Senior leadership of a mechanical contracting division with P&L accountability.
Experience across HVAC, sheet metal, refrigeration, or electrical service lines.
A record of profitable growth and team building.

Nice-to-Haves

Design-build background.
Pacific Northwest market relationships.

Compensation and Logistics

Competitive salary depending on experience, plus benefits. Based in the Portland area.
