Manufacturers Sales Representative

I am working with a $1B Global Manufacturer that’s consistently ranked as one of the top 100 companies to work for in America. The opportunity is a Manufacturers Sales Rep role selling through distribution channels. Territory will cover Cleveland & Columbus, OH with up to 15% overnight travel. Territory is in great shape! About the job: Your focus will be on driving business through distribution channels. You will work with established distributor sales reps to help them capture new business. You will train on product, ride in the field with reps, and attend trade shows, etc. $75K base + commissions will put you in the $120K-$130K range first year at plan with no cap + Company car, laptop, cell phone and full benefits. 2nd year $150K+ is very realistic. I’m looking for someone who wants to develop and grow their career with a company that has well under 10% turnover, has an exceptional training program, and treats their employees extremely well. Requirements: 4 year bachelors degree preferred. 2 year associates degree is required.
