Physical Therapist

Overview The position offers a sign‑on bonus of $5,000 and is part‑time on weekdays. Pay ranges from $55.44 to $69.30 per hour. Responsibilities Help patients maintain, restore, and improve movement, activity, and function. Provide interventions, conduct reexaminations every 30 days at minimum, modify interventions as needed, and perform discharge planning. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Current license to practice physical therapy specific to the state of assignment. Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program as set by the Commission on Accreditation of Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE). One year of related physical therapy experience for PTs entering home‑health care. If less than one year of experience, approval from regional clinical leaders and appropriate mentoring or participation in a residency program is required. Current CPR certification. Compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets and may vary depending on location, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
