Open Positions & Pay Ranges

1. Flexo Press Operator (Job ID: #90251)

• Pay Rate: $22.00 – $30.00/hour (Based on run complexity: $22–$26/hr for standard runs; $26–$30/hr for complex, multi-color runs) + Overtime available
• Experience Required: 5+ years of flexographic printing experience desired
• Key Responsibilities:
• • Set up, makeready, and operate multi-color flexographic presses with precision.
  • Adjust pressure rolls, reposition printing plates, and maintain ink levels, viscosity, and color accuracy.
  • Perform routine press wash-ups, cleanings, and preventive maintenance.
  • Inspect finished goods to ensure strict adherence to quality specifications.
• Key Qualifications: High school diploma/GED; strong math (fractions/decimals) and fine-distance measurement skills; ability to troubleshoot independently and collaborate well with team members.

2. Linerless Press Operator (Job ID: #90249)

• Pay Rate: $22.00 – $30.00/hour (Based on run complexity: $22–$26/hr for standard runs; $26–$30/hr for complex, multi-color runs) + Overtime available
• Experience Required: 3+ years of flexographic/label printing or web-fed/converting press experience
• Key Responsibilities:
• • Set up, calibrate, and operate an ETI converter press to produce linerless labels in a high-speed environment.
  • Adjust real-time pressure, speed, and temperature settings during production to ensure output quality.
  • Perform quality control checks to meet precise company standards and document production metrics using Label Traxx software.
  • Conduct primary mechanical troubleshooting and routine preventive maintenance.
• Key Qualifications: High school diploma/GED; strong mechanical aptitude and computer literacy. (Note: Candidates must come from a web-fed, labeling, or printing background—CNC/Machinist backgrounds are not applicable for this role).

3. Industrial Maintenance Technician (Job ID: #90250)

• Pay Rate: $30.00 – $35.00/hour + Overtime available
• Experience Required: Strong hands-on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance experience in an industrial/manufacturing setting.
• Key Responsibilities:
• • Conduct preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on production machinery to minimize operational downtime.
  • Perform PLC troubleshooting, root cause failure analysis (RCFA), control system calibration, and fluid power system optimizations.
  • Utilize fabrication skills (welding/cutting) to repair or create metal replacement parts.
  • Log maintenance records using CMMS software (MaintainX experience is a plus) and execute strict Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols.
• Key Qualifications: Technical degree or certificate in Industrial Maintenance/Technology is a plus; proficiency with hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and automated control systems.
