We're looking for full‑time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers to join Team Mavis at our state‑of‑the‑art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in Round Rock, TX. Assistant Manager Responsibilities As a future leader of Mavis, the Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure each Mavis retail location operates efficiently, safely and effectively. Using fundamental leadership skills, Assistant Managers enforce established policies, procedures and standards, schedule mechanics/technicians’ work, manage outside orders, ensure the quality and timely completion of jobs, meet customer expectations and maintain the safety of team members. Service Manager Responsibilities The Service Manager assists customers with tire selections and recommends necessary under‑car repair services. To ensure complete customer satisfaction, Service Managers direct the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians and Tire Technicians, stage vehicle repair/maintenance work, drive sales initiatives, communicate directly with customers, assess customer needs, provide information regarding requested or necessary repairs and maintenance, ensure customers are satisfied with their in‑store experience and strive to meet expectations. Qualifications Be at least 18 years of age. Be legally authorized to work in the United States. Possess at least 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, or automotive repairs/maintenance, or a combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.
